How the process works:

• First, you need to contact us so we can discuss your project.
  Please email us at reatouch AT mbstia DOT com - attach a small jpeg (no larger than 4MB!) of the image if you have one so I can get a better idea of what you are referring too. If you have an image that is larger than 4MB, please email us so we can give you access to our image upload page.

• Before placing an order, we'll discuss what you would like to have done and we will give you a quote within 24hrs. We will also make suggestions to ensure your image comes out the best it can. Once we agree on the price, you can pay for your order using Paypal, Check or Money Order. Most image work ranges from $25 to $200, but all jobs need an individual quote. We work fast and so there is no time wasted.

• We will draw up a simple quote and job detail confirmation email and you will acknowledge the work to be done in a return email. If you require a written agreement, please let us know. We'd be happy to provide you with one.

• You pay a 50% deposit for the job.

• We restore/retouch the image.

• You review the proof online (you are allowed 1 small revision at no extra cost).

• You provide 50% balance payment (checks have a 5 business day clearing period).

• We email you the final digital file or mail you a CD-ROM ($5 extra charge for mailing of files) and your original image if a print was sent.
